This lovely woman is dressed to go out on the town in New York. What a Great hat and taking care of the feather would have been a job in itself. Mounted on a photographer sign grey mat board the actual oval image size measures 1 7/8ths by 1 1/4 inches. The mat measure 3 1/2 by 2 1/4 inches and is embossed: Scherer 1162 Broadway New York - 22 W. 23rd St.. There is one small spot which is not as obvious with the naked eye as in this scan. I am sure this photographer was very proud of this image, as it is very showy.
