This is an original albumen period copy cdv of Abraham Lincoln and Tad.
This gutta percha frame measures 6 1/4 by 5 1/2 inches oval. The square opening on the back measures 3 1/4 by 4 1/4 inches. It is marked patented Aug. 7, 1855. The frame has the 2 original side pins and the top loop is original. Someone has inserted a new inside oval mat and a cardboard for the backing. I sell photographs in as found original condition. This is a Very clean frame with only 2 tiny nicks, one the backside edge and one on the upper oval edge. It's Beautiful and in Very Nice Condition!
